I like to take all of the burden off of my clients when it comes to getting a mortgage. I have done this so many times, and my staff is so excellent that we make it easy! I track the bond market very closely to help folks decide WHEN the best time to lock will be, and we have over 10 correspondent funding sources to choose from, which insures that we always have access to competitive pricing.
Something You Probably Didn't Know About Me:
I moved out to Portland from North Carolina in the year 2000 to join a rock band. I still perform with a Portland band called "Dolorean" and we have performed all over the country as well as internationally. I have been a bass player and a total music obsessive since I joined Columbia House music club in the mid-1980s. I know way too much about the history of rock music and popular culture. I invite all comers to a pop-culture trivia showdown.
